Illegal Street Racing.
It's in the infamous Fox Lake Academy grounds and on the streets of New York City. You walk alone on the streets, and your bound to hear the blare of music, the growl of engines and the speed of those specially built cars. From blues, to reds - fire streak, to graffiti - these cars are taken to the extreme. Each detail, as best as the other.
Even in the Academy - these riders are everywhere. Oh, but wait - if you think this site is just full of riders, you got another thing coming. You can sign up as a student, a civilian, even a mecanic working for some of the riders. You can join a gang as a rider, race for money or the hell or it. Even create your own gang, if you wish! The possibilities are endless!
